She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Monroe Shoemaker and Betty Gazaway Shoemaker; her former husband Scott Kennedy; her stepfather Perry Dobbins; and her brother Larry Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her husband Emmett Chapman; her daughter Stephanie Lockwood of Ft. Scott; her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Brayden, Weston and Everly Lockwood; and her stepdaughter Denise Kennedy of California.
