He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Daily and Gwendolyn Martin Daily; and his brother Robert Daily. He is survived by: his children, Tanner Daily of Iola, KS, Lakota Daily and Rebekah Daily of Sedalia, MO; his stepchildren, Jerry Foss of Tillamook, OR, Bobbi Grey of Towanda, KS and Wanda Patton; and his siblings, Dio Daily of Springfield, MO and Barbara Daily of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.
