She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emma Voss and Christopher Voss; her husband Carl Raguse; her sister LaVina; her brother-in-law Al Juergensen; her siblings, Wilber and Marian McKay (Charles); her sister-in-law Sandra Voss; and her children, Cathy Werling (Rick), Dan Raguse (Maggie) and Darin Raguse (Janet). She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to concerns around the current pandemic, the funeral will be limited to family members.
