He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Henderson Woodall of Uniontown, KS; his close friend Pamela Riggs; his daughters, Racheal Fountain of Olathe, KS, Michele Lee and Ashley Woodall; and his brothers, John Woodall and Robert Woodall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
