He was predeceased by: his parents, John Newcomb and Pauline Newcomb (Greer). He is survived by: his sister Sandra Kramer (Don) of Kansas City, MO; his nephew Jeremy Kramer of Lee's Summit, MO; and his niece Erin Graves of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by 4 great-nieces and nephews.
