He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardath Bellinger and John Bellinger; and his brother Clifford Merle Bellinger. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Leigh Bellinger (Michelle) and Jennifer Bellinger-Sipes (Michael Sipes); his grandchildren, Devon and Riley Sipes; and his sister Virginia Lauthen (Stephen).
