He was predeceased by: his father George Butler. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Jackson Butler; his father-in-law Gary Rhodes; his brother Steve Butler; and his grandmother Lillie Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
