With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Ellis of Fort Scott, Kansas, born in Rich Hill, Missouri, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Ellis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Ellis and AnnaLee Ellis (Henderson); his daughter Kathy Ellis-Adriance; his wife Willa Jean Marlin; his brothers, Ben Ellis, Jr. and Delmar Ellis; his half-brother Charles Cooper; and his sister June Ellis.

He is survived by: his son Chris Ellis (Cathy) of Louisburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
