He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Sam" Wright and Perna Jones Wright; and his siblings, Wanita Morehead, Arthur and Marvin Wright.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Wright (Mary) of Garnett, KS, John Wright of Sabetha, KS and Carol Fehr.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cheney Witt Chapel (201 S Main St, Fort Scott, KS 66701). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
