He was predeceased by: his brother Kenny Clampitt. He is survived by: his parents, David Hathaway and Brenda Hathaway; his son Kyler Clampitt of Walnut, Kansas.; his siblings, Kyle Hathaway (Shannon) of Ft. Scott, Angela Carpenter (Jeff) of Ft. Scott, Rhonda Cole (Ben) of Ft. Scott and Rachel Thompson of Ft. Scott; and his caregiver Melissa Springston. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
