She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Wayne Hawkins; her son Leroy Hawkins; and her siblings, Michael Ray Coulter, Mary Elaine Wells, Wanda Jean Drake and Mildred Arlene Cooper.
She is survived by: her father Clarence Earl Coulter; her sons, Jason Hawkins (Kenda) of Newport, Terry Hawkins, Jr. (Krystal) of Ft. Scott, Burt Hawkins (Vickie) of Ft. Scott, Clarence Hawkins of Ft. Scott and John Hawkins (Ryan) of Ft. Scott; her grandchildren, Jackson, Zane, Kendra, Myrissa, Austina, Aleigha, Leroy, Clarence, Jr., Earl, Lindsy, Lyla, Hunter, Teanin, Dustie, Saphera and Atreya; her pet Rose; and her siblings, Edward Earl Coulter of Farlington, Leroy Coulter of Mulberry, Randy Jay Coulter of Mulberry, Ronnie Lee Coulter of Ft. Scott, Linda Sue Ames of Ft. Scott, Connie Bea Zumwalt of Kentucky and Tressa Mae McClure of Nashville, Missouri.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
