With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Lloyd Cable (Fort Scott, Kansas), born in Liberal, Missouri, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis M. Cable and Edna McKay Cable; his sister Marge Cable Myers; his grandson Luke Matthew Cable; and his wife Willa Woody Cable.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Cable (Lori) of Fort Scott and Cherri Walrod (Paul) of Eudora, KS; his grandchild Loryn Woodworth (Andrew) of Bloomington, IN; and his children, Seth Cable (Rachel) of Overland Park, KS, Landon Walrod of Almagordo, NM, Samuel Cable of Kansas City, MO, Jamison Walrod (Cierra) of Shawnee, KS, Natalie Cable of Kansas City, MO, Jintry Phillips (Will) of Emporia, KS, Simon, Sami, Karly and Kolson Walrod of Eudora, KS. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in their honor to Marmaton Community Church.
