She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Edward Combs and Marjorie June VanDyke Combs; her son Thomas Powell, Jr.; and her brother Rocky Combs. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edwin Powell; her children, Jerry Powell, Sherri Clark (Myron) and Melany Felt; and her siblings, Cecil Combs (Phyllis) of Ft. Scott, Terry Combs of Ft. Scott, Elaine Brown (Bob) and Mary Jacquinot (Bud). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
