It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pfc Spencer A. Rose (Fort Riley, Kansas), who passed away on July 25, 2018, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Donina A. Singleton and Sandy McNally; and his great-grandparent Larry Dunham. He is survived by: his wife Kierstan P. Rose; his parents, Katrina Lang (Jeff) of Connersville and Allen E. "Beef" Rose, II; his wife Linda of Connersville; his siblings, Maddie Lang of Connersville, Christian Rose of Connersville, Corey Rose of Connersville, Damian Rose of Connersville, Kassie Shafer of Connersville, Sierra Shafer of Connersville, Nick Shafer of Connersville and Lexy Self of Connersville; his grandparents, Randy Dunham of Greensburg, Larry Witt (Loretta Byrd) of Greensburg, Allen E. Rose of Greensburg, Esther Lang of Greensburg and Eddie Fugate of Greensburg; his great-grandparent Virginia Hapner (Wilbur Clark) of Richmond; his uncles, Gary Bush of Olathe and Mickenzie Bush of Olathe; his parents-in-law, Chase Hightower and Anna Hightower; and his friend Siberian. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
