She is survived by: her husband Vernon; her children, David Cox of Kansas City, KS, Darryl Cox (Barbara), Donna Gomez (Dominic) and Diana Matienzo (Julio); her grandchildren, Casey (Lesnita), Trisha (Malcolm), Jordan (Lacie), Michael (Kelsey), Lauren, Julia, Aaron (Nasadiya), Gabriel (Desiree), Micah, Rachel and Alex; her great grandchildren, Keldyn, Langston and Ryan; her siblings, Bernie Pereira, Denis Vieira, Morris Vieira and Pat Gomes (Tony); and her sister-in-law Dee Vollmar of Ottawa, KS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
