He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wiles and Elsie Michal Wiles; his siblings, Louella Caldwell, Irene Wiles, Sylvia Parson, Everette, Herby, Deneen, Hugh, Truman, Maurice, Frank Ross, Eugene and Arthur; his children, Barbara Krein and Michael Winkel; his grandson Eric Winkel; and his son-in-law Jim Myers.
He is survived by: his wife Lucile Winkel; his brother Llloyd (Allene) of Hunter, KS; his children, Mary Ellen Terry (Richard) of Council Bluffs, IA, Janice Myers of Lee's Summitt, MO and Patrick Winkel (Marian) of Greenwood, MO; his children-in-law, Colleen Winkel of Hutchinson, KS and Don Krein of Connell, WA; his nephew Ron Wiles; and his uncle Bud. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and close relatives and friends; and his cherished cat.
