He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett T. Mendenhall, and Frances V. Mendenhall, Sr. (Burch); and his brothers, James and Everett, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lila; his children, Nichole Ham (Matthew), Brian Mendenhall (Renee) of Oklahoma City, OK, Jesse Mendenhall and Casey Mendenhall; his stepdaughter Evelyn Hayes; his former wife Marsha Smith Glasco (Appleby); and his brothers, Raymond Mendenhall (Bersita) of Concordia and Calvin Mendenhall (Paula) of Concordia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 step grandchild; 3 great grandchildren & 2 nephews & 2 nieces.

The family suggests memorials be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
