She is survived by: her husband Christian Hornung of Dodge City; her sisters, Nita Simonton (Marvin) of Belle Plaine, Lenette Varnell (Gaylen) of Ford and Lee Walker (Henry) of Salina; her parents-in-law, Don and Christy Hornung of Dodge City; her stepmother Linda Klinzman of Columbus; her brother-in-law Matt Hornung (Victoria) of Dodge City; her nieces and nephews, Randall, Jeremy, Levi, Keith, Cody and Nikita; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zaine, Callie, Trivitt, Ayden, Livia, Jody, Brady and Hannah.
