He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Kingsley and Estella Kingsley (Eastman); his sons, David and Don Kingsley; his brother Mitchel Kingsley; his granddaughter Mandy Freeman; his sisters, Minnie Jackson, Blance Mattlock, Mary Tharp and Ester Wiens; his daughter-in-law Linda Kingsley; and his siblings-in-law, Chuck Jackson and Hattie Kingsley.
He is survived by: his wife Velma C. Stout; his daughter Belinda Plowman (Greg); his grandchildren, Gregory Plowman (Julietta) and Casey Ames (Shane); and his great grandchildren, Caden and Breanna Ames. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
