He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Dice and Rose Dice (Bauer); his son Stephen M. Dice; his siblings, Mike Dice, Bob Dice, DJ Dice and Carol Davis; his brothers-in-law, Barney Smith and Marc Cook; his niece Sarah Smith; and his great-niece Ashlie Dice.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Dice; his children, Jennifer Williams (David) and Travis Carpenter; his sister Rosemary Smith; his sister-in-law Tracy Cook; his daughter-in-law Becki Dice; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Paityn, Teven, Olivia, Kollyn and Aldon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Stephen's memory be made to Great Plains SPCA, 5428 Antioch Drive, Merriam, Kansas 66202.
