She was predeceased by: her parents, James Slape and Mary Mae Slape (Creel); her daughters, Mary Lou and Donna Rae; and her brothers, Melvin, Leroy, Dolton and Orville.
She is survived by: her former husband James Slaughter; her husband Stan Jouanne; and her sister Ina Davis of Kingman, Arizona. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
