He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Stone Cochran; his brothers, Mark and James; and his son James Stone. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Cochran, Jr. of Girard, KS, Tonya Boynton of Farlington, KS, Kim DeBrodie of Holt Summit, MO, Jaybe Cochran of Bel Air, MD and Angela House of Farlington, KS.
