With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. Marsh of Farlington, Kansas, born in Arcadia, Kansas, who passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James A. Marsh to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Allen Marsh and Ruth Marsh (King); his wife Hazel Irene Hill; his daughter Joyce Purdon of Frontenac; his grandson Jeff Purdon (Jamie) of Mulberry, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Alaina, Jillian, Blaike (Hope) and Brady (Shaina); his grandsons, Levi, Jaeden and Keven Purdon (Sonja) of Inola, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Taeler, Kelse (Justin) and Tristin (Sasha); his grandsons, Aubrey, Dalton, Dakoda and Tanner; his niece Becky; his nephew Jim Halsey; and his children-in-law, Dennis Purdon and Robin Purdon. He was also cherished by three great-great-grandchildren.
Social distancing and face masks will be required for the Memorial service at 11:00 a. m., Saturday, January 9, 2021 at the United Methodist Church in Farlington with Rev. David Clark officiating.
