He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dunstan and Lucille Dunstan (Morris); and his siblings, Bobby Dunstan, Dick Dunstan and Doris Hoard.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Butcher; his sons, Josh Dunstan (Michelle) of Pittsburg and Jesse Dunstan (Mary) of Overland Park, Kansas; his sister Dixie Scott of Texas; and his grandsons, Blaine Dunstan and Danny Dunstan.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to the donor's favorite charity.
