She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur E. Hartter and Inez I. Hartter (Rieger); her husband Carl Blevins; her son Scott; and her brother Kenneth.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Kenneth Carver and David Hertlein; her son David Hertlein, Jr. of Topeka, KS; her siblings, Harvey (JoAnn) of Fairview, Lynn (Peggy) of Sabetha, Charles of Fairview, Teresa Schuyler (Don), Carolyn Gilbert (Gary) and Renee Schmitt (Norm); and her sister-in-law Norma Hartter of Topeka. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the United Church of Christ of Fairview, sent in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St., 66434.
