He was predeceased by: his father Norman Brockhoff; his siblings, Charlie and Teresa (Althouse); and his girlfriend Angie Higley. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Taylor of White Cloud; his children, Emily Hess (Brian) of Topeka and Ben Brockhoff (Megan) of Blue Springs; his mother Nancy Brockhoff; his aunts, Joyce Brockhoff and Diane Brockhoff; and his cousins, Hazel Steely, Cathy Brockhoff and Mike Brockhoff (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to be in his name to be used for mental health organizations which may be sent in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St., 66434.
