She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Callaway and Mary Callaway (Alexander); her siblings, Joseph Callaway, Linda Jo "Jodi" Callaway and Joyce Handke; and her great grandchild Colton St. John.
She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Gary Joe Moulden of Holton, KS, Gayla Self (Tim) of Muscotah, KS and Glenda Latzke of Pleasant Hill, MO; and her grandchildren, Ginny Morris of Leavenworth, KS, Gary Lee Moulden (Lora) of Clinton, MO, Graham Moulden (Dina) of Topeka, KS, Garth Moulden (Valerie) of Muscotah, KS, Grant Moulden (Rebecca) of Holton, KS, Brant Self (Libby) of Parker, KS, Travis Self (Hannah) of Soldier, KS and Asa Vandeloo (Amy) of Baldwin City, KS. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren as well as a nephew and 2 nieces.
