We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2023, at the age of 76, Charlene Emma Whitebird of Everest, Kansas, born in Horton, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Green and Pauline Wahwahsuck Green; her sons, Stephen Ramirez and Ronald Ramirez; her son-in-law James Cavin; and her siblings, Leland Green, Gary Green, Roselle Green and Nellie Shopteese.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Ramirez Cavin of Horton, Kansas; her close friend Dean Mercer of Everest, Kansas; and her sister Vivian Wishteyah of Horton, Kansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
