She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Kent Cornett and Loren Gulick; and her aunt Vicky Meadows. She is survived by: her parents, Ron Gulick and Angie Gulick (Cornett); her children, Anthony Gulick and Adeline Helten; her sister Ronica Gulick (Allen Bumgardner) of Eureka; her nephews, Landon and Bryxton; and her grandmothers, Karon Cornett and Shirley Gulick of Eureka. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Tiffany Gulick Children's Fund, benefitting Anthony and Adeline's future.
