He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rex and Grace Elizabeth Adella Williams (George); his sister-in-law Marsha Williams; and his nephew Keith Cantu. He is survived by: his brothers, Eddie Williams of Eureka, Rodney (Dannete Williams) of Emporia and Terry (Cindy Williams) of Eureka. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Special Olympics Kansas.
