She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Loebel and Nellie Faye Loebel (Nighswonger); her husband Dale; her son David; and her siblings, Dale Eugene Loebel and Catherine Jane Garner.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hoover of Wheatland, Wyoming and Steve Culbertson of Eureka; and her brother Raymond William "Bill" Loebel of Topeka, Kansas..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Koup Family Funeral Home (121 N Oak St, Eureka, KS 67045). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1501 E 7th St, Eureka, KS 67045).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the First United Methodist Church.
