He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph T. Francis and Nina Glasgow Francis. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Shaw; his sons, Stephen (Sue) of El Dorado and Stewart of Ponca City, OK.; and his brother David (Berta) of Lincoln. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild.
