He is survived by: his siblings, Vern Hosler of El Dorado, Kansas, Daryl (Sharon Hosler) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Sue Bitler of Eureka, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or to the Eureka Nursing Center Activity Fund.
