We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2021, at the age of 69, Chris Van Pool of Eureka, Kansas, born in New Albany, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Sarah Jean Van Pool (Moore). He is survived by: his former spouses, Marsha Pattison, Diana Thomas and Tracey Ogden; his wife Jolene Merwin; his children, Christopher Webber of Montana, Sarah Fryer of Montana, Layla Van Pool of Arizona, Aaron Van Pool of Kansas, David Van Pool of Kansas, Jesse Ogden of Kansas, Seth Van Pool of Kansas, Krystal Wark of Kansas and Megan Van Pool of Nevada; his stepchildren, Cheyenne Thomas-Dunn of Kansas, Daniel Ogden of Kansas and Shawn Galindo of Kansas; and his brothers, Billy Van Pool of Montana, Jack Young of Arizona and Jim Young of Montana. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Chris Van Pool Memorial Fund.
