He was predeceased by: his wife Sherry Ballew (Pearl); his brother Jim Ballew; and his parents, William Leonard Ballew and Alice Ballew (Rouse). He is survived by: his children, Heather Ballew Sampson (Kevin Sampson), Daniel Ballew (Eric Drabiuk) and Robert Miraglia (Kevin Miraglia); his brother Tom Ballew of Winter Spring, FL; his grandsons, Caleb Sampson and Blake Sampson; and also Overland.
