He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Rand and Jenny Rand; his children, Leslie Merritt (Albert) of Kansas City, Kansas, Bill Rand (Kathy) of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Rachel Boyce (Scott) of Prairie Village, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Jake Jones (Kelly), Isabell Rand, Gus Rand and Scottie Boyce; and his great grandchildren, Annie and Josephine Jones. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
