She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Allen and Xetah Allen; her husband James G. Skinner; and her siblings, Betty Beck, Elsie DePriest, Thelma Allen, Clyde Allen and Roy Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, James G. Skinner III (Susie) of Lenexa, KS and Ronnie L. Skinner of Lawrence, KS; her grandsons, Scott Skinner (Kenna) and Craig Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Seville Skinner and Hadley Skinner.
