He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Neal and Manda Neal (Mathis); and his brothers, Charles Neal and Larry Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Roether (Sean) and Diana Neal; his brother Lee Neal; his grandchildren, Cory England, Meagan Donovan (Trevor) and Madison Fewins (Brandt); and his great grandchildren, Raya Donovan and Trenton Donovan.
