He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Neal and Manda Neal (Mathis); and his brothers, Charles Neal and Larry Neal. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Roether (Sean) and Diana Neal; his brother Lee Neal; his grandchildren, Cory England, Meagan Donovan (Trevor) and Madison Fewins (Brandt); and his great grandchildren, Raya Donovan and Trenton Donovan.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Eudora Cemetery (2229 N 1420 Rd, Eudora, KS 66025).
Memorial contributions may be made in Wallace's name to Spina Bifida Association and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
