He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Powell and Golda Powell (Wooton). He is survived by: his wife Lorene Peters; his son Tim Powell; and his granddaughters, Shelly Hamilton of Salt Lake, UT, Mary Powell of Longmont, CO and Monica Powell of Denver, CO. He is also survived by two Great Grandchildren.
