He was predeceased by: his father George Spano. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Spano (Penny); his children, Jake Spano (Cate McDonald) and Kate Spano; his grandchildren, Mia, Flynn Spano, Camden Spano-Lund, Leo and Lillian Carnahan; and his siblings, Yvonne Carlton (Don) and Donald Spano (Cindy). He is also survived by cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
