She was predeceased by: her brother Frank Allee; her son Tobin Barlow; and also Alfred D Barlow. She is survived by: her children, Amy Barlow (Nathan Kramer) of Omaha Nebraska and Bruce Barlow (Kris Barlow); her great grandchildren, Ebben Marie Smith and Ardis Luella Smith; and her siblings, Ruth Plambeck of Santa Maria and Mark Allee of Skokie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A sister Ruth Plambeck of Santa Maria, California, a brother Mark Allee of Skokie, Illinois along and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her husband Alfred D Barlow, her brother Frank Allee, and this summer by her son Tobin Barlow, a victim of Covid.
