We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Margaret Helen Votaw of Eudora, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tennyson and Lucille Tennyson (Herren); her husband Everett Votaw; and her brother George Tennyson. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Wilson (Larry), Eudora, Gloria J. Kazmaier (Jerry) of Raymore, MO and Alan Votaw (Delores); and her grandchildren, Stan Wilson (Tammy), Steven Wilson (Megan), Jeff Kazmaier (Shirlene), Jim Kazmaier (Tara), Jason Kazmaier (Emily), Glenda Hamm (Theron), Darrin Votaw, Chris and Eric Votaw (Ashli). She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the Hesper Friends Church or to Good Shepherd Hospice and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street, Lawrence, KS 66044. Warren-McElwain provides a full range of services including burial, cremation in our own crematory, entombment, or body donation.
