He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie H. Guy and Ruth A. Guy; and his brother Alvie Howard Guy, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kim Hubbel (Dave), Bryon Transue (Stephanie), Nicole Guy and Jennifer Rice (Dustin); his grandchildren, Kyrstan Hubbel, Haydon Hubbel Lloyd, Brandon Transue, Emily Burton, Lindsey Rice, Aiden Johnson, Weston Rice and Clayton Rice; and his siblings, James Guy (Genevieve), Jack Guy (Susan) and Jill Johnson (JC). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
