He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Joyce); his children, Alexia Maben (Paul), Shawn Athey (Melissa) and Gwen Mallot (Bill); his sister Shirley Tarpy; his grandchildren, Tabitha, Diana, Jessica, Collyn, Alexis and Darrell; and his pet Tyke.
