He was predeceased by: his brother Mike. He is survived by: his nieces, Lee Ann Combest Dyess, Elizabeth Combest Florence and Caitlin Combest; his nephew Michael Combest; and his sister-in-law Hannes Combest. He is also survived by five great nieces and five great nephews and one great, great nephew.
