Esther Lou Koch McCabria Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Lou Koch McCabria of Eudora, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Koch and Jane J. Koch (Jackson); and her siblings, Karl Koch and Jeanette "Honey" Koch List. She is survived by: her husband Robert McCabria (Bob); her daughter Robyn McCabria Kelso; her son-in-law Mike Kelso; her sons, Rory and Russ McCabria; her daughter-in-law Cheryl McCabria; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Mason Kelso, Cheyenne, Seonna and Sierra McCabria.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials in her name to the Douglas County 4-H Foundation for scholarship purposes and may be sent in care of the Warren-McElwain Mortuary, 120 W. 13th Street Lawrence, KS 66044. Warren-McElwain provides a full range of services including burial, cremation in our own crematory, entombment, or body donation.
