Lewis (Eskridge, Kansas), born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on August 4, 2019, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his former wife Michelle Davis; his parents, Tom Lewis and Kay Lewis of Lyndon; his children, Jessica Lewis of Cleveland and Joey Lewis of Wichita; his brother Eric Lewis of Lyndon; his nephew Derek Bridges of Denver, Colorado; his sister Kat Smith (Scott) of Topeka; and his nieces, Tatum Smith and Macy Smith of Topeka.
