She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Ullom (Steve) of Tahlequah, OK; and her grandchildren, Michael Converse (Stephanie) of Wichita, KS, Brandon Converse (Tara) of Andover, KS, Lindsey Winterscheidt (Kody) of Topeka, KS, Jessica Ullom of Austin, TX, Allison Mahoney (Nick) of Tahlequah, OK and Ryan Ullom (Audra) of Shawnee, KS. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions in memory of Patty to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
