He was predeceased by: his father Earle; and his siblings, Donald Bush, Mildred Buchman and Lola Killian. He is survived by: his wife Ila VanVickle; his sons, Steve Bush (Vickey) and Wayne Bush (Maria) of Chicago, IL; and his grandchildren, Angela, Jennifer, Jerrod, Emilie and Will.
