He is survived by: his wife Barbara Houston; his children, Timothy Lake (Pam) of Stillman Valley, IL, Christopher Lake (Melinda) of Milton, KS, Heather Brown (Mack) of Cottonwood Falls, KS and Jed Lake of Westphalia, KS; his grandsons, Christopher A. Lake Jr., Jacob Lake and Joshua Lake; his great grandchildren, Ariana and Bryan Lake; his sister Ina Day; his nieces, Phyllis DeVoe (Chad) and Kelly McPhail (Brad); and his nephew Darin Tidd.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the First Christian Church (806 California St, Le Roy, KS 66857). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Allen County Animal Rescue Facility in Iola of the LeRoy FFA Program.
